Y Axis Fenders

Working on step by step but not done yet. These are the drawings I used to make these. Start with an acrylic sheet that is 1/8" thick. I used a piece that was 6″ × 24″ to cutout parts. The construction of the fenders is intuitive, but I used a heat gun to shape the kerfed panel and then used MEK to weld the joints together. The pictures shown are prototype in nature and will do another set and make them look better.

Nice. I like the idea. What bit did you use to cut/carve it? Also, if you do not mind, what were your settings? Again, nice.
