General Information

These fidget spinners are cut from 1/4" Layered HDPE, but could be used with any material at the same thickness. The caps and the spinner were designed for ABEC 608 Bearings.

Make the parts on your machine

2 minutes

Place your layered HDPE or other material on the machine giving 2.5" by 3.5" space.
Using a 1.6mm or 0.625" fishtail end mill, run the easel project or load the g-code and run.

Finishing work

5 minutes

Using a knife, clean off the tabs.
Using a DIRESTA Ice Pick or a throwing dart to clean the inside detail track if needed.
*Optional for performance.
Using a DIRESTA Ice Pick or a throwing dart remove the cap from your bearing and clean your bearing using Acetone or Mineral Spirits (gets the thick grease out)

Let air dry, pressure fit into Spinner
Pressure fit caps into bearing, align bearing up and down and spin.

If you wanted to stop movement, simply add a dab of CA glue to the bearing before press fitting.
