Make clamp

First create the PVC pipe clamp out of the 1/4 inch delrin sheet, I cleaned it up after the carve with some sand paper.

Attach to Z-Axis Motor

Using 2 longer M5 x 30 bolts, attach the plate to the 2 back Z-Axis motor bolts.

Build tubing

Using about 3-4 inches of 3/4 inch PVC to a threaded PVC piece, both of which I got at lowes, attach to a threaded piece of 3/4 loc-line: http://www.modularhose.com/Loc-Line-34-System/34-connectors/Loc-Line-61505

Next a y splitter: http://www.modularhose.com/Loc-Line-34-System/34-y-elbows/Loc-Line-61511

And then to 2 1ft section of 3/4 inch loc-line tubing: http://www.modularhose.com/Loc-Line-34-System/34-hose/Loc-Line-61501

Finally 2 3/4 nozzles: http://www.modularhose.com/Loc-Line-34-System/34-nozzles/Loc-Line-61503

I also spray painted everything black.

I'm assuming this is a dust collection system. Does it work better than the dust collection that comes with the machines now?
