First, I obviously came from YouTube :), just here to find out the size of the bit (diameter) and the thickness of the material as I want to do a Mortise and Tennon joint in the project

I have a question: I'm assuming you needed to carve both sides of the corian. How did you do this? Did you just turn the Corian over?
Sophia Goehner
Hi Sophia if you want to do two sided carves you flip the material. In order to flip and center your work you need to have a way to align or register the work. If you make 2 holes that are symmetrical to the design and carve them into the wasteboard then use two pins to line it up on both sides.

Hi Conal, Looks like Ben used a 1/8" bit 1/2" Corian material.

I've been wanting to do projects with Corian, but I am having a hard time finding small pieces of white Corian from local hardware stores or countertop fabricators. May I ask where you get your supply?
