sand the burs and thin the trigger/mag down a little so it moves freely when assembled.
the plastic t needs a 45 cut in the tip of it. i just push it against my belt sander. no accuracy needed. just has to fit inside the star wheel to make it single fire.
round the edges of the star a bit so it doesnt cut the rubber bands.

7 screws are 1/2 inch long on each side
the chicago screws are 1 1/4 long cannot select length in parts list.
the 3 holes for the chicago screws need to be adjusted to fit the post size you can find.
top center of the trigger needs drilled so a screw can go threw the plastic T to make select fire work.
keep this only finger tight so it can spin so it can go full auto or single fire.
if the mag is larger it fires at a slower rate. smaller makes it fire faster.

google rubber band carbine and there are youtube videos of how to make it.
before using the cnc it takes me about 1 hour to make drill sand assemble tweak and so on to get one going.
now i can cut enough out to make it so i can have enough pieces cut so i cannot keep up with the cnc cutting on assembly.

have fun mowing down card houses and all sorts of things. get around 24 bands per load.
i have done 32 on 1/4 inch side plates and it snapped the plates. 24 is where i would stop. it can hold more but be warned!
