The original idea was to use it as a book cover. But we cut ours in the shape of the cross with a band saw.
We wanted to give Pro a try to see if we could produce something that looks hand carved, the rough edges of our drawing and the precision of the vbit gave us the effect we were after.
I was wondering why you used a 90 degree V-Bit. When I changed it to a 60 degree, it takes longer but the detail looks more precise. Just wondering?

This was a test cut during the beta of Easel Pro and we only had a 90 degree vbit at that time. I have never cut it again, but I would imagine the 60 degree would be better for this project.

Does this actually cut out the cross or do you have to cut after it is carved?
