Cut shapes on the X-CARVE… I used 1/4 inch MDF
Insert an angled piece of 1/8 inch white hard-board inside the center column pieces
Glue up center column
Sand… and then sand some more… ha ha
Paint
Assemble
Hang on your wall and enjoy the awesomeness!
