The Inventables Customer Success Team is available to address software-related issues and questions, but hardware support is provided by Maslow.
Easel will connect to machines that are running the open-source GRBL firmware, which is limited to Arduino-based controllers. If your machine is not running on GRBL, Easel gives you the ability to export your projects as G-code. This way, projects can be uploaded to another control program.
No, Easel will not override your controller’s factory settings. Our Machine Setup gives you the opportunity to ensure your machine is functioning correctly before you carve.
